Health Visitor

The Sure Start Health Visitors main role is to promote healthy lifestyles and prevent illness.  She provides health, child development and parenting advice through home visits, groups and 1:1 support in the community. She works with parents to give children the best possible start in life as they learn about being a parent, and supports them to raise a healthy, happy child. The SureStart Health Visitor provides additional services that compliment a families own Health Visitor service.
